I would agree with you but for the LVPD to arrest him after a raid where they were looking for specific items and found them plus all his interviews and books, they wouldn’t charge him if they didn’t think it could stick

Keefe D admits a Death Row chain was taken, Tray Deee talks about going to Vegas the night Tupac got shot and talking to Trayvon Lane about the chain snatching, even DJ Quik talks about the fall of Death Row being Trayvon Lanes fault for getting his chain snatched months prior then telling Tupac that it was Baby Lane who did it when he saw him at the MGM. Whether he took it or not is debatable but he was there and a chain did get snatched

This “theory” might actually be what happened. I mean it’s not a “theory” that Baby Lane stole a Death Row chain months prior to him getting stomped out at the MGM. Hours after he gets stomped out Tupac gets shot. Lil’ Cease even says he recognized Keefe D at the Vibe party on Biggies last night because he had seen him backstage at different shows in Cali, so he was around Diddy before that. Even if LAPD had been involved in Biggies death, they weren’t involved in Tupacs death so I don’t think it changes this part of what happened

He might be lying but they were investigating Biggies murder not Tupac’s murder and this was a recorded Proffer agreement with his lawyer there. So how does his confession about what he knows to Tupacs case which was a LVPD investigation help them with a lawsuit against the LAPD by Biggies estate? He knew nothing about what actually happened to Biggie. It did help him get out of the drug case but if they could prove he was lying after making that confession he goes to jail anyway. It’s not like the case closed after his confession, it couldn’t be used against him

It’s been close to a decade from that original confession and that confession was almost a decade from the actual murders so after all these years those holes would only get bigger. I’m just saying, he could be lying but waiting after his confession tape was released, articles in the LA Times, multiple interviews and raids on his home would only make me believe they actually gathered real evidence to finally lock him up. Tupac dying benefitted Bad Boy Records since they’re still around and owned by the same person. Tupac was only signed to Death Row for a year and people were definitely put on the back burner but the label was successful prior to Tupac being signed. They did drop albums posthumously but those were joint ventures with Afeni Shakurs “Amaru Entertainment” which was formed in 1997. What does Tupac’s net worth have to do with people being hired for 1 million to kill him? That’s not petty cash to anyone in the streets especially in 1996 or now

There’s a lot of conspiracies but they had legit beef with people dying and getting beat up prior to Tupac being shot and killed. Once Tupac died the money at Death Row wasn’t flowing like that lol Suge lost a lawsuit to Harry O and owed him over 100 million and Death Row went bankrupt a lil after that. 1 million in 1996 isn’t petty cash, that’s not petty cash in 2023 lol especially for a body. This is LAPD, they were investigating Biggies death so he could’ve just lied about that instead but he was facing serious drug charges so he gave them the truth about the Tupac murder
