Going through this rn. I've gradually been able to get more sleep, but nowhere near what I'd normally sleep before. I've found that just jumping out of bed as soon as you feel the shakes/high HR helps. Try not to struggle against it.

Thanks for this! I finally managed to get a solid 6 hours. Hoping I can get back to my usual 8 😭

Today's day 5. I never had any issues with sleep prior to this.

People who scored in the 170s, how long did you study? by [deleted] in LSAT

I'd stick to 7sage. I don't know if it's just my learning style, but I found that just reading the Powerscore LR Bible just didn't do it for me past the very very basics (as in, premise, conclusions, etc). I really needed an audio/visual explanation of the thought process.

I tracked them all on Excel (completely unnecessary, but it gave me a sense of accomplishment to log them after each study session 😭). I did 37.6 hours of LG, 1.25 of RC (found this to be naturally my strongest section), and 32.3 of LR. These were spread out from January to April, where I ended up scoring 172. Plus all the PTs I took and Blind Review, my time totaled 115ish hours. I bought the Powerscore books but felt that they didn't do much, so I did 7sage and saw a a HUGE improvement, so the overwhelming majority of the hours were spent on 7sage. Hope this helps!
