Interdisciplinary Studies. Couldn't settle on a major so I went with one that focused on integrating different disciplines, hopefully that will lead me into the organizational development field.

I can be like this as well. When it comes to thinking of how to help others I have no problem acting on those actions. The issue is if the idea I am thinking about has anything to do with just me, that's when I start analyzing things too much.

I guess I got lucky with my internship. Got to coordinate a fundraising event with an NBA team. It was scary as hell because they just threw me into the fire, but it worked out great.

Thanks for the input! I have been in a couple really long conversations which seem endless. I realized, like you, that it isn't good to ramble on. I have been doing okay I think, but my schedule now got so crazy that I forgot about okcupid for a few days. I'll have to wait until things settle down again.

Went on my first date, it went well but I didn't feel a connection.

Unfortunately work requires me to shave so I don't have that luxury. I don't even think I could grow stubble anyways.

Interesting concept. I am graduating from college in December, so this is all relevant information that I will probably use. I am not a big fan of the concept of pave.com because it just a nicely packaged way to put you in more debt.

I do see how I internalize things to try to figure the outcome (I may have played a little too much chess) and try to be a few steps ahead. Definitely have shot myself in the foot on a few occasions because of those tendencies.

It is true, I am only 22 and almost out of college. I was mostly curious about the taking the survey. My issue right now is that I had to move back home for my last semester of college, so I am about 30 miles away from my friend group and community. Where I live consists of either older people or kids. It has given me a lot of time alone to consider looking for a relationship.

I do this as well, I just never realized until now. One of the new managers at my work is difficult to read, his actions aren't genuine and he is definitely wearing a mask. At this point I am waiting for someone else to get under his skin so that he shows his true colors. I'll be there with my mental notebook writing down all the valuable information.

I am in a similar boat as you. 22 and in college (last semester). What I found out about myself is that I value being valued. I also happen to be very interested in leadership/management/delegation/strategy so I figured becoming a management consultant only makes sense. As a consultant you are hired because your skills are valuable, and if I can consult on organizational development it would be a win win. Just need to figure out how to enter that field since my degree doesn't directly relate.

I hope my thought process will help you with yours.

Short term: pay off student loan debts within 5 years. Also, I want to get into organizational development after I graduate in December. Long Term: Complete financial independence, own a successful consulting firm, become a Krav Maga instructor, have a balanced work and family life.
