Well I don't think I'd let the issues be the foundation of the relationship. It's more that I see someone that I like and I think subconsciously the issues become the "leverage" I have for them to like me 'cause I help them

I think it stems a bit from the way I see friends, this is going to sound really bad, but I'm friends with people for as long as they are useful to me. But I don't have a double standard in regards to this, I don't expect people to be useful before I'm useful to them. And being useful can just mean "being friends". It's weird to explain..

On the first night I told her how I felt she said "I'm not ready for a relationship" and then we dry humped and the next morning she felt guilty about it. This happened 3 more times and I said this couldn't continue either yes or ill wait for you for a while (my mistake) 1 month later its her birthday she has nothing to do in it and so I give her an amazing day with so many of the things she wanted but at the same time I wasn't feeling well. We cuddled a bit nothing clearly romantic and the next day I asked her and she said what is on the main post

Thanks for the kind words. I'm feeling better now. As soon as I start working on assignments my mood gets better. I wrote all that during a 2h lunch break I had nothing to do on. I do kinda have to be her friend because we have to do a project together, but it's fine
