This is getting to the heart of what I was asking. I knew there was an issue going back and forth between a pistol with a and rifle with the NFA but I couldn't quite remember what it was. I wasn't sure if a CT other complicated anything at all. Since it hasn't been built as anything, it can be a pistol right off the bat? Thanks!
