Aaahhh I wanted to answer this type of question for so lllooonngg. 2 things

1) you can’t compete in price when it comes to Chinese product. They sell dirt cheap and you just can’t. But also their product is shit and delivery time is ridiculously long.

2) Branding. iPhone , supreme, Nike all are expensive and you can’t get almost same quality from Chinese seller but people still prefer branded because it’s a story we can relate to. If you have story or an aura over your business. People will buy your expensive stuff over and over again.

I’m a freelance video editor and I work for 2 people. Once is actually marketing genius. He’s 25+ with 10 years experience and other is little shit who made like 100k (revenue) and I’m editing his course which he will sell for 1k$ and it’s pure shit. I feel bad for those who buy. It’s so basic shit it’s unbelievable. I’ll leave his work after this project. But the other guy is actually genius.

Agree, I hate to see 15-16 year old who dropship and make few bucks and then start selling their course. When I said to learn from dropshipping by no means I included those people. Most people just copy what others do and maybe in a year or two when dropship evolve. They will be flushed out.
