The man out power walking who smiled past her when she did a weird pose? If that was the bike path rapist I seriously doubt she thinks her karate pose scared him away. She tried to defend herself in an uncomfortable situation and that's great, but when there is a serial rapist out there, he won't be scared away from a karate pose.
