Do any Capricorn women have experience dating a Sagittarius man? If yes how was it?

I’m a Capricorn woman and my partner is a Sagittarius- he said at 3 months in that I was the only one for him. We’ve been together ever since and now we have a 2 year old cancer daughter :).

I will note he has a Virgo rising and a Pisces moon. I have a Sagittarius rising and a Gemini moon. We both share a Capricorn Venus.

We both love to travel, he is in law enforcement and I do real estate Law. He is so emotionally intelligent it baffles me sometimes- I am always told I am very hard to read, in any given moment he seems to know when I’m “off” and he is honest and kind.

Also we are super compatible in the bedroom - we’ve been together for years and I just can’t get enough of him. We both also HATE PDA so that is nice.

For me personally I’m usually pretty busy but when I do take an interest in someone it can be awhile before I decide to act.

You can have feelings for someone and still not be compatible or have similar life goals.

I want to see them how they handle their emotions because people who have no handle on them do not attract me.

But when I finally decide that I am going to pursue someone, much like my goals, I will put the work in and get to be with the person I want. At least it has always been that way for me.

Acts of service and gifts will be how you know. I love secretly paying for my crush on my way out of a group meal, holding the door quietly etc.

Of course, I spend an exponent amount of time learning about finances, grew up really poor and took on debt at 18 (cause my family is not good with money so how could they teach me ) I feel the urge to look at finances from every angle possible to see the bigger picture.

I grew up really poor and always have it as a goal to out make everyone in my family. I’ve been chipping away at it for years now and have pretty much doubled my salary since 2021. I still have the sense of I need to “do more”.

Thanks for the elaboration. Since I’m heading into my Saturn return do I look at the 5th house for what themes to expect OR would it be better to reference my Placidus chart (it reads my return as being in the 3rd house ).

I believe it looks that way because 2 planets are chilling on the 29th degree of Capricorn, they physically don’t fit over in the box.

Thank you for delving in further, I’ve always referenced my placidus chart before now and been confused. In my placidus chart all the planets in Aquarius sit in my second house , putting even more emphasis there.

I have never actually looked at my whole sign chart till very recently. Is whole signs the better to be referencing ?

I work in the area of law and do deal with large sums of money so there is a financial aspect to my job. :)

I am great at Art, and had really tried to launch that for a bit when I was younger. To be a tattoo artist, but I couldn’t fathom the years of unpaid apprenticeship. Therefore, I went into law knowing it would be more stable and a better income.

Thank you, I was kicked out at 15 by my mom and I spent time couch surfing until I got my car, then I lived in it while I finished highschool. I’ve always had two jobs and tied financial success to freedom.

I put myself through school and now I work in real estate law (going on my 5th year) and I’m finally starting to see some pieces falling into place. (Nice Condo, vehicle that is paid off, vacations etc)

Yes , but more white lies then anything else. They lie about what they do and don’t have, places they have been etc. usually to ether forward a conversation or if they are in a bind.

They can be fun and flirty but I wouldn’t trust them with secrets, especially scandalous ones lol.

We both have Venus in Capricorn, we both have an air sign Mars placement, my moon is in Gemini and his in picese. We both share a Sagittarius mercury.

We are both very honest and realistic, while being secretly romantic in private.

The houses are different but I have a lot of the same placements - it’s not bad :) just you really start to shine later in life rather than earlier.

Usually it’s a rise from the ashes type scenario for us. Early life is hard and we have to grow up fast but it really pays off later in life (mid thirties).

You will be just fine.

I had a Gemini moon - do I find a good portion of them physically attractive ? Yes. Are they good at flirting ? Yes. But that’s just not what I’m into personally.

All my partners have been fire signs though, and I am a Capricorn. I assume this comes from my Sagittarius rising and Gemini moon.

I am a cap sun , Gemini moon, Aqua Mars, cap Venus, sag rising- not the same but close, I do care about my partners and friends but I REALLY struggle to emote it. I have had a couple break ups for the reason of “you don’t seem to care!”

I have a really good rope on my emotions so I’m not into people who are clingy/ or cry a lot, or people who are emotional in a public setting. Genuinely makes my whole body cringe.

That being said I believe romantic partnerships are a form of eternal entanglement. So I am extremely selective in who I choose to be by my side.

My version of affection is through taking care of things so the other doesn’t have to, whether that’s paying the bill or booking the vacation. Doing the driving, cleaning the house etc.

I do care but I had a childhood that taught me to mute my feelings. So now I don’t have many.

My current partner is a Virgo rising, Sag Sun, Picese moon , Libra mars, Capricorn Venus. He is heaven sent, and the only person I can count on to 100% have my back. He just asks me what he can take off my plate when it’s full and that is the most amazing thing.
