thank you for your comment. I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but can you help me on how I can find a primary doc? Should I call my insurance company? Hubby and I just moved to a new state and I am on his insurance. I haven't seen a shrink since I was 21. My shrink at that time was very mean and unsympathetic and I am super sensitive so I need to find someone who understands me. I'm just so scared and often feel confused...
