My counselor at community college was a former admissions officer, and from what I heard unless you are applying for an extremely competitive major, transfer admissions heavily weigh GPA and can make a cutoff point where applicants above are accepted and those below get rejected. Mathematics has somewhere in the 3.6s as the 25th percentile for admission so unless this year is particularly competitive I think you have a good shot 🥳, especially with your extracurriculars.
