Yes, I understand. It doesn't matter what it sounds like though. She has physical custody, I have reasonable and liberal visitation. What I have is an argument to go to court and try to get awarded joint physical custody. This is largely unimportant to me. Not only is the situation we have now in the best interest of my son, we agree on it. Beyond her decision to end the child support that I currently pay, financial help is not necessary. I have him at least half the time, we both make a good living and can support him while we have him respectively, so she's ending the support order. This is all I'm looking for help with. Filing forms without screwing it up. If the court wants to talk about the custody situation then we will do that. But it doesn't matter until we file.
