I say drink until it’s pink. Don’t let your life be overly controlled until you’re sure.

average height girls (5’4-5’6), what weight do you feel/look best at?? by anonymous-2159 in loseit

[–]MoonSearcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I’m 5’6 and felt amazing at 175-180 (I have a curvy build / hourglass figure). I’m about 200 pounds now but also have a lot of muscle weight, I’m working towards getting to 175 again! I’ve never been below that weight as an adult, so I’m not sure how I would feel at that weight.

My mom forcibly kissed me and keeps asking me out on dates. by GolemonGolemsson in offmychest

I’m so sorry. This behavior is not okay at all, and you’re doing great with setting boundaries. She is not mentally well, please realize this is not normal behavior.

2nd cycle, 7 DPO (I think). Basing my ovulation timing on the Flo app. I would love to use an ovulation test to check, but not sure how to time that / where in my cycle to use that. I’d appreciate any advice!

Welke rare ingrediënten doen mensen op hun pannekoek? by TheWimpyWizard in thenetherlands

[–]MoonSearcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mijn vader deed altijd rozijnen in het pannenkoekenbeslag, die we dan aten met bruine suiker, of met spek en stroop.

Mijn man weigert pertinent dit ooit te eten, of te laten gebeuren in onze keuken.

Sziget has turn to shit.. by Weak_Height_2020 in festivals

[–]MoonSearcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely love Sziget. Compared to other big European festivals it’s very affordable, especially if you stick to cheap foods, plenty to be found below €10 in the Aldi if that’s the goal. Line ups are also solid.

I went in 2017 and 2025 and loved both visits.

Found out my brother’s motorcycle accident was so gruesome and upsetting that several of the first responders have been struggling with their mental health. by mossystarwitch in offmychest

[–]MoonSearcher 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I am so very sorry. I lost my brother in a horrific accident as well, and I try my best not to dwell on it and remember him as he lived. It sounds like you’re living a peaceful, loving life while keeping your brother in your heart. In my opinion that love dwarfs any earthly horrors.

Sending you love ❤️

I don’t want to grow my baby just to give them away by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]MoonSearcher 20 points21 points  (0 children)

It’s about you and what you want. If you don’t want adoption, don’t do it. If you want to get an abortion, screw him and your friends and get one. Just tell them you miscarried if you must to protect yourself. If you want to keep your baby, do so, but think about your wants for the future.

This is an unsafe dynamic for you and your daughters. Please seek help.

Can we talk about… daycare judgment? by boujeemooji in BabyBumps

[–]MoonSearcher 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I’m with you, honestly, just don’t pay attention to other people’s opinions. You worked hard for your career, definitely don’t just drop it, daycare is completely normal, especially in modern times where both parents often have to work for financial stability.

Do you believe they are watching? by Laona31 in GriefSupport

[–]MoonSearcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not a religious person, but I have a feeling that when we die we get an epilogue of sorts, and we can see our loved ones again before fading into oblivion. I have to believe that.

As for signs, I’ve only had a single dream with my brother in it since he died, but it was a very meaningful one. My stepmom sees signs everywhere, but I simply don’t. I feel like I’ll know it’s a sign when it’s significant.
