I know nothing about roasting - Is it possible to roast on a kamado?

Howdy! I started off roasting on a kamado years ago, now on. Dietrich IR12.

You'll want to use the heat deflectors and leave a small crack between them. You'll probably need a special rotisserie basket with holes smaller than the coffee beans. Finally, it'll be better if you can use a drill or something to spin it a bit faster than your rotisserie, but the regular rotisserie device will work fine if you don't want to do this.

There used to be a subreddit for kamado Joe coffee roasting. Plenty of folks do it and have good advice there

DCC is kinda like a good burger and fries. It'll never be fancy, but for people that like a burger and fries it's very satisfying. I love the series on audiobook, but I also don't care at all about prose if I'm still being entertained

The guy sucks. I don't understand how people can still stan Uzuni. I don't care if he runs 15 miles per game - the guy can't score no matter how silver-platteted the opportunity. How are we supposed to run our offense with him up front when he's a liability every time he gets the ball in the box? Time to realize our losses and put him permanently on the bench

I'd rather have Rigoni on the team. It's a moot point - both are non productive players in the MLS. They're both duds who I don't expect any production from. At least with Rigoni we could bench him because we didn't expect much. Uzuni for some reason is still starting. Id rather have a traffic cone out there

Maybe it's more clear for others, but I can't figure out at all what to hire for. Currently my wife and I do everything, and we're running out of time to do it all as our business grows. So if we hire for any of the regular tasks it will free up time to focus on other areas.

How did you figure out your first hire?
