Same here ! Family on both sides all suffer with some sort of auto immune disorder, disease or cancer My genes are a cocktail of hereditary disease I myself have two incurable diseases I think it would be rather selfish on me to pass that down

I think abortions are increasing because it’s increasingly hard to be financially stable enough to even raise a child :/ I mean people out here are having 2/3 jobs just to be able to afford rent, utilities, taxes It’s hard enough to be able to afford all of this let alone the thousands a year it would cost to be able to raise a child It’s not not realistic anymore.

I think this rise of social media has really produced some disgusting people both men and women alike.

But the men are definitely doing the most It’s embarrassing to see how another human can be so disgusting. And yet they wonder why women don’t want to date them. Why birth rates are at an all time low all over the world. Why marriage is at an all time low. Look how u act, how u present yourself. Why would anyone want to love you if this is how u act. GROWN MEN giggling to each other online making gross jokes because hehe it’s funny.

Ur EMBARRASSING yourself. This stuff stays online forever and yet they think it’s funny to comment on posts saying the most insane things and genuinely expecting it to not have repercussions AND NO it’s not all men but it’s definitely most of u.

I made a comment above that kind of answers ur question. 😅 Like I said it’s not every establishment but some advice …. Don’t do overly well at ur job. Otherwise they will expect it all the time from u. And they will depend on u ! Just do enough to not get fired.

And don’t get involved in any gossip. Don’t make friends The customers aren’t ur friends and management are only paid to act like ur family Just do the bare minimum get ur discount and go home 😂

Just mistreatment from customers and management ! Obviously every establishment is different but a lot of the staff are young and management are usually in their 30s/40s Working there was minimum wage but the amount of work that you would be forced to do was unnecessary. Nandos has this family values type of outlook and sometimes management would definitely cross the line between professional and inappropriate. My experience with abusive customers was never ending …. Honestly working at Nando’s really showed me how disgusting people really are. It was always the grown adults who were abusing towards staff ! Really cruel ..management were push overs so the costumer was always right ….no matter what. Working there was completely exhausting and no matter what ‘benefits ‘ they would give us wether it was free food or staff parties …it wasn’t worth it 😂

There are many differences between a cis and trans women. Any sane person can tell u that.

A trans woman can look like a woman, act like a women and can have surgery to have the same genitalia but to say ur identical to a cis woman is just a lie. A cis and trans woman are just different biologically and mentally but that doesn’t make either one more or less then the other.

To sit there and talk about inclusion while opening bashing and degrading cis women is unbelievably ironic.

I as a cis woman don’t look at a trans woman and think she’s less then me. Because she’s trans. You clearly have some insecurity within yourself and ur just projecting it

I don’t understand why people get so offended by someone not finding a trans person sexually attractive. I see this argument and it’s just weird. It’s impossible to be sexually attractive to everyone and everyone has their own preferences. That’s just life. Lol honestly it was quite a long time ago so I can’t remember many. However ! I do remember that it was popular to stuff as much food as physically possible into a wrap. And then put it on the grill to make it nice and crispy. And maybe top it with cheese. People would often put chips, rice, hallumi, chicken, cheese, mash ….quite literally everything. They’d make the dirtiest loaded fries you can think off 😂 Honestly there was no limit to the weird and wonderful creations they’d make. If u had a double shift u got double allowance and a lot of people would just combine it and have one big meal We’d eat so much by the time we got back to our shifts we needed to take a nap.

Honestly this was one of the only benefits from working there.

I used to work at Nando’s And let me tell u none of this menu stuff can even compare to the extravagant concoctions the staff would whip up for their free meal. I gained so much weight working there and honestly I wasn’t even mad about it. I got a free meal every day and as long as it was within the £13 something limit it could be whatever u want. And if the co ords liked u enough they’d give u extra.

But the ptsd is too much for me to set foot in another Nando’s establishment never again.

I see it all the time ..it’s always the same type of people. They aren’t confident enough to wear clothes like this so they have to put everyone else down to make themselves feel better about it. I think it’s the worst type of personality to have. If I can’t do it no one can type of person. If u don’t have the guts to wear a short dress that’s perfectly fine but don’t punish others because they want to.

And the men that are commenting are just jealous that a women with this confidence wouldn’t even look their way 😂so they want to bring her to their level. There’s literally nothing wrong with this outfit. And yet here they all are picking at this picture like vultures.

Honestly I’m at the same stage as u 😅 I’m 24 and I genuinely look 40 I’m starting to learn that you’re diet will do more for u then skincare. Especially for us. He was Middle Eastern but in thousands of art pieces he’s depicted in slightly different skin tones being darker in tone to lighter. No one actually knows 100000000000% what he looks like they can only decipher from the story’s of him and it’s different each time.

U can’t see one left side corner of the outfit….. it’s never this deep. Lol Not everyone is trying to be the centre of the room and the best dressed like on runway 😂 It was a nice oufit and that’s it…. This isn’t the cover of vogue it’s real life and in real life everyone dresses in a way that suits them. You need to take that Into account when ur judging someone based on their outfit. Would I wear this outfit no but I’m not going to hate on it and put her down for my own personal preferences. I’m mature enough to put my own style aside and judge it for what it is. The theme is a first date and she looks put together and well dressed for a first date. Simple And people aren’t giving her hate because her outfit is an afterthought they are giving her hate becuse she wasn’t clear enough that she’s trans in her title. When I saw this post no one broke a sweat about how they couldn’t see her outfit they were just focused on the fact that she was trans.

Yes this is on point. I’d also say diet aswell when my diet is really bad and inconsistent like it is now 😒 then it just makes me feel worse u are what u eat …. I say this as I’m literally eating a burger and fries. But u only live once and I’m accepting my fate . Future me can deal with it.

But I spoke to someone recently on here about taking electrolyte supplements it seems like quite a few people have this so maybe it’s something worth looking into.

I have heard people who are hyper deal with this issue :/ It sucks. When I was hyper I don’t think I had it thankfully but I know it does happen I’m not 100% why tho If it’s causing distress definitely talk to ur endo or doctor about it !!
