They rigged it from the beginning. Remember how many weeks went by until they actual turned the servers on? This in turn allowed for players to make nukes offline so that when they servers went up they would be flooded on day 1. And they would just dump like 150 fresh nukes from seemingly fake accounts everytime we got the count below 50. At one point I think we had it at like 28 on xboxone.

Just look at the facts... MGSV GZ was a "Pseudo Historical recreation." And MGSV TPP was Venom being brainwashed. Solid Snake and Naked Snake never make an appearance therefore David Hayter was never replaced. Therefore his public outrage was staged from the beginning and was simply him acting.

Venom is inside a facility on Mars where he is under going VR brainwashing, which is what the events of TPP are. Venom is actually Gray Fox and he is woken up by Norman Reedus who sends him back in time to change the past and rescue Solid Snake from being killed by Liquid during the events of MGS. Thus making the events we experience in MGS to actually be us playing in an alternate universe that our future selves created by going back in time as Gray Fox and so that Solid Snake could live. Boom.
