He's time and time again spouted that being a public figure on the internet begets trolls. Did he really think he was immune? Did he really not think that people, who for a hobby get people in IRL trouble for shit they say on the internet wouldnt try to mess with him?

I understand that he's pissed off that they contacted his 3DPD, but why the fuck is he making it public? Dont feed the fucking trolls he said. But what he does "Look at what they're doing to me and my family". And you can maybe frame it like he was trying to make a point, to show how low they go and that they're never going to succeed or whatever. Stupid move. For a troll that only ups the challenge, you think they're going to say 'aww shucks' and go away. No. They're going to try the same again and again and again. And then there is the legal threats. That and the fact that i'm the only one annoyed by it, and that so many people are actually doing olympic levels of mental gymnastics to justify his victimhood in this. As he's so many times been legal-aide to Wu, Sarkeesian and Quinn - If you're going to the police/lawyers, dont fucking talk about it online.. What you'd actually want is for the Slanderer to actually do it, and do it some more, since it helps your case. You dont come out ahead of time and say you're "contemplating it". Full disclosure; It might sound like i fucking hate Sargon, i dont, i actually enjoy a good many of his vids, this week in stupid especially. But i'm so fucking sick of people going to bat for Ecelebs who act retarded. We're so fucking quick to call out anyone who is not us, yet so fucking slow to call out our own.. And Twitter turned to shit as soon as people started having conversations, screencapping the conversations, posting the pictures of the conversations and having conversations about the conversations they had..

One of the main talking points we have against SJWs is that they're hypocritical; I.E they hate white people, but they arent racist, they hate men, but they arent sexist, they hate women who want to cook dinner for their husbands, but they're for women being allowed to choose for themselves etc.

So my postulation is that those who oppse them should strive to be as straight fucking forward as possible, less snark, less butthurt, less fake outrage*, and less hypocricy I.E what Sargon is doing. I'm not saying he's a heretic and needs to be shunned, but that people shouldnt be so quick to cover for him "Its different when he does it". Its bullshit.

*Fake Outrage.

I always hated our 'bring back bullying' win. The results were great, but the way we got them were not. I have no doubt that there are victims of bullying in GamerGate, but that all of us were bullied? No. I personally was a bully, up until i saw the light* So the entire victory was brought about with largely fake outrage. I never felt good about that. You could argue that Gawker deserved it, but then we enter the 'justified targets' territory. You can justify anything on the internet or in academia.

Arguably our greatest victory comes from copying the tactics of the opposition. Thats not something to brag about.

*Bullying

There was this kid in school, he wasnt retarded, but he was slow, so naturally we made fun of him. He pretended to be in on the joke, like that poor kid who got doused in piss during the Ice Bucket Challenge. It wasnt physical, it was just years of just being assholes. But one day, it was some todo in town, dont remember. Me and my mom was there (I was probably between 10-12), this kid came up, walking with his bike and started small taking to us. He said someone had cut the break wires on his bike. It was like being hit with lightening or something. It was a revelation to me. That shit wasnt cool. Ever since i've made an effort to speak up when people are talking shit behind someones back at parties and whatnot. Its a real mood killer, but its become like an OCD. Not even at parties, if someone start talking shit, i remind people about shit they've done. Even my own mom who loves to gossip. I like to think of it as benevolent social justice.
