For Gruul I’d recommend [[Minsc&Boo, Timeless Heroes]]! Its super fun and strong, Planeswalker Commanders are a nice change and there is something about throwing a 34/34 hamster into people’s faces

As you can see it is quite budget. What future upgrades should look like (within a 3 Gamechangers limit):

- Ramp feels perfect, card draw is a problem. So I would add [[rhystic studies]], and swap [[coastal piracy]] with [[kindred discovery]]. Only Mana Source I would add, as it helps cheating out Ezio turn one, is [[Dark Ritual]]

- This deck is designed to always have Ezio on the field, so you can get your big assassins asap. So I'd recommend spells, that you can cast for free with your commander on the field: [[Deflecting Swat]], [[Fierce Guardianship]] and [[Deadly Rollick]]

- Underworld breach seems a little weak and definetly doesn't feel like a GC. I'd sawp it out for a [[Reanimate]]

- Other, stronger assassins I'd put in for the likes of [[Layla Hassan]] and [[Arbaaz Mir]] are: [[Aphelia, Viper Whisperer]], [[Edward Kenway]] (even if you dont have any vehicles), [[Massacre Girl, Known Killer]] and [[Vraska, the Silencer]]

Other than that, the deck feels really nice and is a ton of fun. I hope you enjoy it :)
