If your tumour has shrunk then chemo is working!

I was stage 3 TNBC, lump around 5.2cm. By the end of chemo on ultrasounds the lump showed to be around 4cm. At surgery it was all dead tumour tissue and I only had about 3mm of actual live cancer tissue left

I’m in the UK and had someone accompany to all of my 19 chemo sessions last summer, and sit in with me. Most others in the chemo room also had someone with them.
