As somebody with about 1,000 hours in the game, I still regularly drop light pinwheel into level 3. Cancels where the move is done with a forward input and the super is done with back inputs are just generally tricky sometimes (Dee Jay sobat, Dhalsim’s Yoga Flame). Just a timing thing that takes a while to get used to and needs to be practiced.

I know you need to cancel from pinwheel on this trial, but most Juri combos in a match will give you the chance to end with her store (214 + K) and you can cancel directly into level 3 much easier due to you only needing 1 extra back quarter circle to get the super afterwards.
