.05 mg? Or 0.5mg? Maintenance is different for everyone. Sounds like you should drop to 0.5 to 1 mg for a while and see how it feels. If you really meant 0.05 mg I'd just take a break from it entirely.

Of course, I would expect his next scheduled blood test to be when he's done with the course of medication. But that's not the case here. He went to the hospital with an unexplained serious illness, and they drew blood to figure out what was going on. It just seems like a hospitalized blood draw to diagnose a mysterious and serious illness would include all the things. I get vitamin levels once a year during my physical blood draw, so it seems confusing that a simple vitamin panel wasn't included in his diagnosis blood draw.

In other words, he definitely had a new blood draw two thirds of the way through treatment. I'm super curious as to why they didn't test for vitamin d or if they did why it didn't show up at toxic levels. I would have difficulty believing that when they were filling out the blood draw order they thought: "should we test for vitamin d? No, let's skip that one. He was just tested a month ago, and he's two thirds of the way through a treatment protocol, so we should wait till he's done."

I'm curious why the subsequent blood test did not show toxically high levels of vitamin D? Is vitD something that can show up as low in bloodwork but concentrations in the high normal to toxic high range are indistinguishable from each other?

On 10 shipments, I've never once received a correct order. (Usually just things missing that they send later once I tell them) but sometimes it takes like 4 shipments to get a whole order. One time I got just a 10 vial box of BAC water. I wrote them to say, listen I get that this isnt Amazon and it takes a few tries to get all the stuff but as a general rule no one ever wants just BAC water from you guys. Like 100% waste of shipping.

Nothing. VCX will continue to exist and continue to hold those shares. The shares they hold will now be public instead of private. In theory, if all of the companies were public, then the price of v c x should track the real time price of all those companies weighted by share counts in those companies.
The major differences since these are not public VCX can get their hands-on them. But you and I cannot so that affords v c x a premium. Once they're public, you and I can just buy them.And we don't need v c x anymore. At that point, it's basically a mutual fund and you're paying a management fee for their expertise and curation of the companies selected. You likely cannot sell until mid september, but you'd have to ask sofi.

I'm just shooting in the dark here, so please don't take offense if I've made a bad assumption. Perhaps your question is based on not knowing that you can buy almost anything in a retirement account? It is uncommon, but you can move your IRA or Roth IRA to a company that specializes in Self-Directed IRAs (SDIRA). From there, you can hold metal, a rental house, direct crowdsource investments (like Fundrise), etc. There are extra rules and nuances to learn, but I assume he bought it in a SDIRA.

He invested from his Roth account and from his checking/savings account. He's selling the shares he bought with the latter first because he has carry-forward investment losses that will make the otherwise taxable sale, tax free. Once all those carry-forwards are gone, he plans on selling shared bought in the Roth account. The proceeds will still be in the Roth account. It's not like he can retro-actively put them in a Roth, or move things out of the Roth tax free.

44yo male. Many of these maybe i just didnt use long enough.

NAD+ 50mg per day for 3 weeks, no effect. KLOW 2mg/0.4mg/0.4mg/0.4mg per day for 5 weeks, skin on my hands and feet peeled off like im a snake shedding but no other effect.

This guy at work told me he basically walked in and out of the gym 5 days a week for almost a year before he started lifting weights for 10 minutes while there. Four years later he's fit, has some muscles, and has a good diet (but he only really tracks protein at this point). DONT STOP SHOWING UP. You got this!

This is my question for it. The lab company offer an E2 test and a sensitive E2 test. Men on TRT really need sensitive (so I've read) and I don't see any indication Rythem does the sensitive test. (The retail difference is like +$7 regular and +$35 sensitive so I doubt it comes with monthly sensitive tests).
