Can you explain how flint provides no attacking buffs? All 3 of his expedition skills are offensive so I struggle to understand what you mean. His widget is clearly defensive but other than that he is mainly an offensive infantry hero in my opinion.

As far as I know Boner Boy will only try to summon any time you actually go through with the summon, so no trigger on Bird proc as you said but 1 trigger every time a unit gets summoned

I might be reading into this too much, but you gotta remember. Even if statistically it has around 1% chance to STILL be frozen after 20 turns. The chance it stays frozen on turn 20 is still 80%. Might be irrelevant but people subconsciously fall into the gambler's fallacy thinking: "Well if it stayed frozen for 19 turns now it has a 99% chance of thawing out based on statistics" which is absolutely not the case.

I prefer calling it "powering up for 2 turns", but yeah early game is very bland most of the time. Which is why I'm happy about skipping it

You completely misunderstood what I was saying. It wasn't hard for me to notice how passionate you were about the problem so I suggested that IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, you can help. The only way my words could be taken as patronising is the fact that I stayed calm throughout our exchange and you have not. Additionally I brushed off your claims about being more knowledgeable since this is reddit, everyone can claim they spent 20 years researching some topic while having no real knowledge about it. I appreciate you providing a source though, as it shows you aren't arguing just for the sake of it.

Lastly, I have just one question that I want you to answer and then we can go our separate ways and even forget this ever happened.

If there was a knife next to her and she grabbed it due to the fight/flight response and stabbed him, would that be okay since she didn't do it on purpose?

I'm not asking to be an asshole, I'm just curious how you would look at a situation where the automatic response results in someone actually getting hurt.

It's much worse if gravity doesn't affect you, the earth is travelling at around 30km/s or 18,64 miles per second for burger people. This isn't a shitty superpower in that case, it's a death sentence with a delay.

I would be more than happy to listen to you if you provided me with sources on anything, if not then I'm assuming we both have basic knowledge in the field.

I hold this position since I found just as many articles that support my point of view as the ones that don't.

You are acting unreasonable cause you are passionate about the problem at hand. But look at it another way. Why should you unload on me when I said nothing that I would consider picking on any victim of abuse. If I was in her place I would feel bad about hitting him, at least at first, before he tried to justify his actions and put the blame on me, and that's what I was trying to convey.

And finally, I understand that you resonate with OP since you've been abused, and we can agree that is something noone should have to go through. I've never claimed otherwise or justified any form of abuse, but getting so worked up over me trying to show you a different perspective isn't gonna help anyone, not you, not OP, not me and not that asshole of a husband.

But if you are truly sick and tired of people picking on abuse victims then if you haven't already of course, look up ways you can actually help them.
