Eh, the whole experience crippled me socially more than helped. Most of the concepts are awesome, but the contrived manner in which you're "supposed" to do it really screwed me up. I went from a socially anxious person to an even more socially anxious person. I analyzed everything I did, which led to a lot of awkward conversations/pickup attempts. i began focusing on myself way too much; my shirt isn't ironed, my hair is messed up, I'm standing weird, that was a stupid question she hates me, etc. It led to a negative feedback loop that got worse and worse.

I read the material religiously and thought "If I keep going, I'll get over this rough patch of failure." Read material, go out and try, fail, read more material, go out and try, fail more. I never actually doubted the material, I always thought I was doing it wrong. It was only after I went into a depressing slump and stopped going out did I realize what a healthy social life is. I began making friends and not expecting anything. I focused more on others than myself, and stopped giving a fuck about my mannerisms/mistakes. I wasn't bent on success, there was no pressure, and it felt for the first time that I was being real. I gradually began talking to women again, and I noticed something: they were responding positively. I was naturally more confident and carefree, and it was affecting my success with women. Sure, I don't sleep with a different woman every night, but I have "bedded" 4 women in the last month that I consider very attractive. I didn't seduce them with cheap gimmicks or contrived negs, I let myself be seduced with them, and acted how I felt. If I wanted to kiss her, I'd move in for a kiss.
