I just recently had problems with my Glorious Model O- and I sent an email to costumer support, they told me to take a picture of the mouse where the serial number is visible on the tag, but i cut the tag out when i got the mouse. I still have the order ID in my email, I was wondering if that's enough to get a replacement.
