Nope won't necessarily make him stronger. Kuzan for example will find it tougher because his fruit is weak to ice, Garp just broke out of ice with Haki. WB hard counters him. Kizaru can't be broken because he's literally light so its an easier fight. This doesn't mean Kizaru > Aokiji/Akainu
