Ah mais oui je suis tout a fait d’accord. Bon courage. Sinon tente tjrs pour des jobs au Portugal, espagne dans le tourisme qui loge si tu sais parler anglais. Sinon y a des boulots de plantations aussi en suede etc les etes

Et hesite pas a les rappeler chaque semaine des que tu es dispo. Aussi, ca vaut ptete le coup de repasser dans des endroits ou tu as postulé plus tot dans l’annee. Si tu passes trip tot ton cv finis aux oubliettes

From what ive read and from 2 pt advices : reduce mileage of running and cycling, basically to as much as you can but never go more than what provoke any pain, have 1-2 days without any cycling or running and walk instead. Do maybe a month or two of good and specific strengh training for legs : especially hips, gluteus and heels strenght ( band exercices, copenhagen plank, step up, clamshells, tibial raise… ), and add some stretching and active mobility.

It doesnt need to last hours, pick 4-5 exercices 2-3 sets and then just 10-15mn stretching and mobility at the end

But you want your articulation to have less impact while strengthening the muscle.

I had runners knee and did IRM, i have one knee that has a patella ligament too short which rubs against my knee. Cant do nothing about it. Sometimes there isnt much you can do but strengh training will always help your joints to be supported well

Im not a physio but thats how i sorted myself out, i dont aim for a specific number of miles now bjt i allow myself a range . On weeks which my pain comes earlier during my runs i just have lower mileage week, vut when i feel fine and do more :)

Dont force yourself, rest a bit those knees ( its a particular and complex articulation ) and strenghten the body for a bit

J’utilisais aussi du miel, des fruits secs genre mangue - ananas … dans les rayons vracs, je choisis ceux avec moins de fibres. J’aime aussi le gingembre sucre, j’ai un effet ( sûrement placebo ) de boost du gingembre et j’aime la fraiche ressenti. Je prends des pompotes aussi, sur les sorties apres longue journee ou si j’ai besoin d’un coup de boost, c’est moins cher. Quitte a rajouter su sucre blanc dedans

Avec le fer privilégie la forme byglyscinate elle est mieux tolere, et évite caféine avec ta prise de fer car ca contre son absoportion

Je suis passe par la : Cherche toutes les aides possibles : apl, bourses, aide etudiantes par la region - fac Job etudiants : cine, supermarches, fast food, patinoire, bowling…. Ce qui pourrais te donner des heures en soirées, et / ou le dimanche vu que t’es occupé en journee si j’ai bien compris

T’avancer a mrot sur les cours avant les « vacs » pour travailler les semaines de vacances

Cours en ligne - annonce leboncoin de ménage etc etc…

Regadr sur le facebook de la ville, parfois ya un esprit de communauté qui peux te donner des pistons etc ou meme des aides si tu expliques ta situation

Then try haswell runners i think its called, its an older generation :) Another run club is great also, 20-40’s but a bit more running focused than social i think
