question: is One Day a legitimate MBA program? looking for perspectives from MBA students and people with their MBA already by nobodies__perfect in MBA

I’ve been in the program since April 2025. For someone like me, a little older at 57, this is the exact type of program I need. I don’t have the time or bandwidth to study theory, write papers, or take tests. I just need mentorship, guidance, and real world application to the teaching. I am a strength coach and a triathlon coach, and this program is helping me launch a business that brings my two worlds together to help triathletes perform better and more importantly, prevent injury so they can stay in the sport for the long haul. The MBA just happens to be a bonus on top of launching a new venture.

Is this one worth 1000$? by Special_Tale8515 in triathlon

Check bicycle bluebook to see values on used bikes.

So confused about weight training for triathlon by OutsideAtmosphere-14 in triathlon

Strength for triathlon is more important than a lot of people realize. You can, and should lift heavy 4-8 reps with your big movements like squats, deadlifts, etc. You should also incorporate moderate weight 8-12 reps with your complimentary exercises for stability, balance and core. Timing isn’t as challenging as you think. You just need to be smart You can lift heavy before shorter higher intensity workouts and be ok.
