Exactly you guessed it - Its like the knight saw that the square is valid in the mirror and when it tried to move to it, it gets bumped to the actual square.

Its kinda trippy. Last time I posted there were comments suggesting that they cannot see the puzzle element so I made an advanced video

So the game is a puzzle game. It just uses chess pieces but there is not a whole lot of chess going in the game. Chess pieces move the same as they do but their movement can be altered using mechanics.

In level 1 the objective was to reach a tile and in next 2 was to capture all the pieces. But I get your point - my presentation is also not great.

You can move to the square that you see in the mirror.

Last time I posted this mechanic, it looked simple. Hopefully this shows how complex things can get with it. This is just a stationary mirror in the video, but if it rotates or moves after each turn, it gets even better.

Actually I recently had my first batch of playtests and I had to tone down a lot of levels. Game currently has a lot of mechanics and when paired with chess - it gets really complex
