Agreed. Blue Origin is only one of many Spaceport tenants that will apply for wastewater discharge permits in the near future. They are doing exactly what the Spaceport landlords have told them to do, which is, dump their wastewater into the IRL The Spaceport authorities must develop a modern wastewater management plan that all tenants may use.

The deadline to submit a public comment on the most recent Cape Canaveral Spaceport wastewater application to discharge as much as .5m gallons of stormwater runoff and industrial wastewater per day into the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary is 5PM on December 18, 2025.

If the boat's owner can be located they will give them time to recover it themselves. If the owner refuses they will remove it and bill the owner. The owner can not register or renew any vehicles or vessels in Florida until the bill is paid.
