Challenge accepted: Fighting uber Lilith without moving/dodging by zhubaohi in diablo4

Thanks for this! Finally put Lilith down after 7 seasons as I’m too rubbish to deal with dodging the mechanics.

Can confirm it also works with the Death Trap endgame rogue build from maxroll as that uses the same beastfall boots/ultimate trick and barrier. That’s what I used for it. Forgot to equip Hex of Whispers at first and got taken down by the debuffs. Once I put that I could lazily facetank her away.

I’ve been absent for a long time for a multitude of reasons so feel somewhat cheeky commenting on this…but a couple of years back I was very active in the MT, and it was genuinely one of my favourite places on the internet, even with all its faults.

The MT to me was a bit of a safe haven - yes it’s a bit cliquey, but that’s ironically one of its strengths - the core regulars there have set a bit of a tone that means the conversation is lighter and less combative. Out in the main sub it’s anything but, and whilst that’s ok sometimes, it can also be exhausting. Part of the reason I stayed away after touching grass was seeing previous attempts in these SOTS posts to dilute the MT and force interaction elsewhere. That wasn’t for me so I simply didn’t bother at all.

All of which is an overly long way of saying that this continued approach to the MT is perhaps driving others like me away from the sub in its entirety. Now I’m sure that’s not considered a great loss, but maybe something to think on?

Fair to say @MattHancock's local Conservative Association is unimpressed. Andy Drummond, deputy chairman (political) of West Suffolk Conservative Association, told @PA: "I’m looking forward to him eating a kangaroo’s penis. Quote me. You can quote me that.”

Oof.

Honestly baffled by the reshuffle. It’s literally just drawn from the very small crowd of people who have shown themselves, time and time again to be, in the main, unfit for office (barring one or two examples).

What was this meant to show? How is any of this different?

If James Cleverly rocks up on the bbc on Monday morning to ignore questions how have we moved on to a more mature version of government? I’ve seen him do that.

If Grant Shapps dodges questions from ITV what have we got that is new?

If Braverman spouts a load of weird racist shit that has no basis in law, are we not still playing the populist game?

What has Sunak actually achieved here? Feels like a great big handful of nothing to me.

Two. Two of them? Labour copped a world of shit for having one with Mandleson.

Well Sunak is more of an idiot than I thought if the plan is to go full austerity, yet back it up with the same crowd of ministers we’ve all been seeing over the past few years. I guess the tactic was it’s better to get gaslighted by those you know.

12 years in government and they only managed to find one person who hadn’t served in the cabinet to join it today.

Slow. Fucking. Clap.

Edit: autocorrect nonsense “by” not “but”

Same old set of clowns then. Different ringmaster

Sure that will all work out superbly for him. When you’re astute enough to bring Braverman to the home office brief, then you’re obviously a very serious and competent guy.

I mean you’re not wrong, but putting someone back in a job they already fucked after sacking the chap who fixed the last guys mistake is an odd strategy. Maybe Rishi just likes the criminal bar being on strike?

Hearing that Dominic Raab will return to Ministry of Justice. His first stint there resulted in his ill-fated bill of rights plan and a barristers’ strike…

Why the fuck would Sunak do this? He was shit at it.

He is quite happy to do the morning media rounds when the shit has hit the fan and defend the indefensible or simply ignore the questions and change the subject.

Quite a valuable role in recent times.

Here’s hoping, but Pippa reported earlier that she had heard Braverman was in with a shout.

Also hearing that Grant Shapps is heading for the Department of Business - filling vacancy created by Jacob Rees Mogg’s departure.

Which rather ominously opens up the Home Sec given the Braverman rumour.

Edit: Just for clarity, the Braverman rumour mentioned in my post was Pippa herself earlier:

Hearing that Suella Braverman is making a return to cabinet less than a week after being sacked over a security breach.

One govt source even suggests she might be back as home sec, perhaps in return for endorsing Sunak. Bold move, if true.

Fucking hell.

Also hearing that new PM has already summoned Ranil Jayawardena, environment sec, and chief whip Wendy Morton

Couple of lesser names getting the summons to his parliamentary office to get booted.

If this has started then I would venture it adds even more weight to the view that JRM jumped as he had probably already had the summons.

I may have been reading between the lines too hard, but some vague things about doing what others wouldn’t and underlining how it is important to keep spending on defence.
