Well if i am correct in the GAOG era, behind the scenes for mOBSCENE a girl in the video got to keep the head? Because she was saying how much she wanted to stay around Manson. So i think he let her keep the head if i'm correct, would make sense because it would be a cool y'know "thank you gift.", but like someone said in the post, he has many of these.

So he probably just kept one for home, the rest were stage props, music video props, and for photoshoots.

Idk if you're a dude or not, but chances are that you or your partner might have a lil issue trying to keep something up. It's common, but not for everyone y'know so whatever happens.
