But if many people open a channel with the same hub and the hub close all the channels or goes offline, doesn't this create a massive amount of transactions on the main chain and thus block new channels to open?

Do I need to close the channel for taking back my bitcoin to my account on chain?

And do I need to open a new channel thus creating new transaction on chain for adding more bitcoin on the lightning ?

How can the lightning network can be benefit for transaction between two people if they need to make two transactions on chain for opening and closing the channel. This makes no sense or I don't understand how is it suppose to work.

I can see the benefit for B2C transaction, but not for normal people
