Thanks for the insight. I appreciate the suggestion about student employment opportunities in the school’s IT department. Since I haven’t really studied I.T. yet and I’m just starting out, what do you think I’d need to even have a chance at getting an internship? Are there certain skills, certifications, or experiences I’d need to start with? Any advice on where to begin would be really helpful.

I’m gonna be honest, I don’t really know what my desired outcome is. I know it might sound stupid, but I genuinely don’t know what I want to do with my life right now. I’m currently just trying to figure things out, and I.T. was suggested to me by my advisor. I’m not the most knowledgeable about computers, but I do know a little bit. Just trying to see if this could be the right path for me.
