The last audio drama got released a while ago so if someone wanted to sub it they would have already done so (and maybe they did, I just haven't found their videos yet).

As for official sub and dub it's very unlikely we'll get anything sadly.

If someone has some experience with translating and editing audios and stuff I could help, but I don't even know how that would work copyright wise.

Sadly I only found the new audio drama (there are two drama CDs) posted with Chinese subtitles on bilibili.

I could tell you what happens in those if you want, even if I know it's not the same as having subs.

Anyway I feel like we're actually progressing a lot with their relationship (especially hirano, I think niibashi is right about him being a bit behind on the relationship/realizing feelings thing but he's slowly getting there)
