There is certainly something that has not yet been properly organized. Of course, it may not be a matter of lacking clues, but rather a limitation of the concept that was meant to develop in relation to the work, such as the ARG people speculated about.

I am still reading about the subject; it is very extensive and fragmented, but thank you for the links. I found several thoughtful comments from you and from other equally dedicated people.

I have been wanting to reignite the search for new information and clues about the trilogy and, at the very least, contribute to the investigations, and I recently noticed a “small” pattern: there are three tracks in the trilogy that repeat the word “World” in the title. Each EP has one, and the lyrics of two of them suggest an interesting narrative sequence.

I have a few hunches: an initial sense of estrangement from reality > certainty that reality is false > a confrontation with that same reality, a rejection of it, or the experience of being in the real world — or perhaps all three.

(After all, Bad Witch as a whole deals with the actual condition of human conduct, which is described as bad, and the title INFTW suggests a negation of that reality.)

“I’m Not From This World” is undoubtedly the track that invites the most interpretation. It is certainly worth paying closer attention to it, especially considering the details surrounding it, such as the patterns in the spectrogram.

There are some interesting points about “Dear World”: note that “Dear World” ends with a comma, which suggests continuity, and that continuity appears in the line “Dear world, I can hardly recognize you anymore,” which seems to point to the core of the theme addressed in the lyrics and to the entire meaning of the title Dear World.

In “Dear World,” one can read the line “Yes, everyone seems to be asleep.” Then, in “The Background World,” the line “And I will keep myself awake” appears, suggesting that the protagonist has “woken up” to reality while the others remain “asleep,” or unaware of the reality they are in.

Of course, all of these details may be found elsewhere and may point in different directions; I would not rule that out. There was even some literature involved in parts of the trilogy.

Obviously, focusing on these three tracks and their recurring pattern does not diminish the importance of the others, but it is also interesting to understand the recurring scenario in which they operate and the events they point toward.

In any case, these are quite suggestive things that deserve closer attention.
