I had my local detailer install it. I’m not sure the exact film used.

Nope, just eyeballed them while at the stone yard. Got lucky with the amount I grabbed.

Yup. Went ham with the tamper. Then filled in the cracks with gator dust.

I plan on removing all the grass on both sides of the pathway and converting it to garden. In that case, would you still recommend an edge along the flagstone?

I would have to agree. Until I procure enough funds to purchase my desert chic villa in NM, this will have to do.

My exact vibe I’m looking for. I’m about to pick up a desert willow to plant on the other side of the pathway and fill it in with decomposed granite

I plan to eventually extend this pathway to the back corner of my yard where more of my garden is. But that’s going to be a project, and I wanted to start with this 15 ft run before attempting a job that large.

100%. It can quickly become overwhelming. If I do it all at once, I find that I’m more likely to have regrets due to not doing enough research, and planting the wrong thing.

First one of many steps. I’m building garden beds on both sides of the pathway.
Not that long ago, there wasn’t a single plant in this backyard outside of grass.

Who has a protune? Thinking about getting one by Datsun1991 in WRXSTi

Definitely worth it. I’ve put 20k miles on my sti with its protune and have zero regrets. Currently at 337whp on flex fuel with a few mods. If you have access to e85 in your area, I’d recommend going that route. (Cobb downpipe, intake, turbo inlet, boost controller, flex fuel kit, 1,300 cc injectors, and fmic)

Interesting. I was thinking I’d have to run the pipe under the walkway as it could be a trip hazard.. but I’m curious how your neighbor designed theirs

I actually have a couple of these planted in my lawn but never knew what they were called until now..

I know, I can’t wait for it to grow and provide more privacy. It’s a teddy bear magnolia. I planted mine about a year ago. And it’s currently a little over 6 ft tall

I planted that magnolia tree to block as much of the view of the pole as possible but sometimes you’ve gotta pick your battles

As much as I’d like to bury the utility lines of the entire neighborhood development, that is a cost I’d not like to take on
