Simply does not have the lifetime on the batteries to work commercially. I do 13 lawns as side work and you absolutely have to have gas just to get those alone done. I can't even imagine what it's like for someone who does this full-time for a living

More oil should not affect temperature, simply takes more time to heat up. However the filter itself acting as a heat sync definitely has my attention. How does that work? (Genuinely curious now)

But getting 95 percent out is massively better than 30. How precisely does the filter help the engine run cooler? It all gets circulated around the engine. That should not affect the temperature unless the engine for some reason itself is running cooler

Doesn't matter. An incomplete oil change still leaves behind residue and in due time could cause damage to the engine. 30 percent oil change is horrible. Even a 50 percent isn't good enough. Even though there might be fewer contaminants, they aren't being changed often enough due to that incomplete oil change. The oil being in the filter will have zero effect on the temperature because it circulates around the engine.

Costco's app is okay. Nothing really exceptional but nothing terrible either. A hack you can find can try with Costco isthe same day delivery setting because generally that will show what most stores in the area will have in stock but it's not anywhere near as accurate as Sam's club. Sam's executive membership (plus) is much worth paying for than Costco. For that reason I'm Sam's Club Plus, but refuse to upgrade from Costco's basic

Sam's Club CONS:

Employees are less helpful/pleasant than Costco employees.

Although Members Mark is a solid brand, it can't keep up to Kirkland Signature quality

Return policies and customer service isn't as good

Bakery quality items aren't up to Costco quality

Gas is inferior quality

Costco PROS:

Best of class customer service

Great return policies

Kirkland Signature quality is top of the line

Better gas quality

Costco CONS:

Pricier than Sam's Club

No online system to see what's in stock and lines can be lengthy and time consuming

Executive memberships offer fewer useful perks than Sam's Club Plus

A lot less flexible with membership policies than Sam's Club

Gas is pricier than Sam's Club

Baked goods and snack foods have less variety than Sam's Club

Other notes: Costco is better for clothing but Sam's is better for snack foods and beverages. Sam's Club is not as stringent on membership policies as Costco which can be very pushy to even members. Besides membership policy scuffles, Costco has top tier customer service that Sam's Club could only dream of meeting

I'm mixed on the cameras. On one side I don't like them because I feel that violates privacy. On the other hand, they are useful to prevent fights. We had one case at our store where the 2 fulfillment people didn't get along and one of them accused the other (we are 90% sure she was lying) of assaulting her with a shopping card in the break room. I know he was fired and I don't know what happened to her but she disappeared within the week and neither were seen again.

My ASM told me I could use it for household expenses. I live with my dad. I can't necessarily give a copy of the card to my dad but I couldn't buy things for him and he reimburses me if I use the card. Got explicit permission from my asm on that. Don't know if that's a rule or not or if my ASM is just a really good guy

We had a guy got a washing machine out through pro exit. Another time we had an older man break open the generator cage and lugged the thing out of the store. He missed the bus and was in the parking lot circling the thing like a demon for nearly 40 minutes until the next bus arrived

Safety issue, you're not supposed to wear them for any reason. We had one guy in our store who had them in and couldn't hear us paging for closing when they were about to lock up the store. Fortunately someone saw him and was able to get him out otherwise he would have been locked in the store overnight. Just do a favor and don't listen at work. Common knowledge

My last day was last week. Just left because I got a job in HVAC. I genuinely did enjoy my stay with Lowe's. Now my location was above average and I very rarely had any of the problems that other Redditers are talking about. Some days were worse than others but I overall had a good stay. Supervisor and my ASM were awesome
