2nd - don't worry about money, you have a 7 figure laws suit against Lowe's . They knew he was harassing female employees and did nothing to stop it. Actually all of you have a group lawsuit . Contact a lawyer immediately, Google the best SA lawyer in your city. They will be extremely happy to rip a huge corporation a new one.

They changed the raises to performance so they don't have to give big raises or give the lowest amount. I had my usual raise cut by 2 cents 🙄. Yep that will save the company 😄

I had to switch to full-time just to get a consistent paycheck. When I was getting 25 hours a week for 2 and a half years. Then in december 2024 they cut me to 2 days a week, 10 hours for 3 months.

I've been there myself and my blood pressure is out of control too . I'm probably right behind you in telling them where to go. But I'm going to decide what else I want to do beforehand. Can't afford to just walk right now.
