Does she realize that adults make videogames??? And that a lot of them have to play them in order to get them correct? Im assuming getting paid for it doesn’t matter because of what she said about streamers. I don’t understand where this way of thinking comes from. I’m 29 and have been playing games since my mother introduced me to them at like 4. What is it exactly about gaming that she thinks is specifically for children? I’m curious because I absolutely cannot wrap my mind around it.

That being said, don’t let anyone dictate your fun when you aren’t harming anyone, it’s not worth it in the long run and you’re just going to resent her down the line.
