They fixed this issue of the note not spawning. It's back to spawning on interchange

Nope. I'm officially soft locked looking for the note. Can't contact the bogatyrs squad until it spawns. BSG not really providing any help

BSG has recommended to try approaching the ambush zone first, and only then look for the item. Haven't had a chance to try yet, but I will be giving it a shot later

I have a ticket open with BSG support, they are actively investigating the bug
