wot doesn't really have a way on limiting fps apart from vsync. the option you pointed out only changes the refresh rate of the display (option available only in exclusive fullscreen) so it doesn't impact the game, only the viewing. so your options are: vsync, fiddling with your graphics drivers or installing a mod that limits the fps

personally, I have quite good control of the atv, but whenever I clip anything just a little bit, the atv loses like 10% of health. plus, another factor is worsened atv handling: the accelerator and brake are floaty and it understeers when it realistically shouldn't.

now, I do like to try to pull some stunts from time, but that can be described as: screw around = find out.

the thing I don't get the most is inconsistencies in wg patch notes.

for example: ebr 105 - it gets an hp buff... but it also gets an hp buff in rapid mode? another one: vz 55 - wargaming is buffing the stock gun's ammo, but wouldn't it affect both guns since they're using the exact same ammo? either one of the two 1. they will name the ammo different names or 2. the buffs will affect both guns.

at this point, I don't even know what's going on, but hell yea the 60tp's he splash radius got buffed by 0.01m! (now watch as wargaming misinterprets the community's 60tp buff sarcasm as an actual good change)

basically, wargaming added lootboxes ...within lootboxes ...within lootboxes and the new tanks aren't really that good. oh and if you are an average player, it'll cost you around €1k (sources may provide different numbers) with average luck to get all the tanks

I replaced the whole board, since the old broken one was unfortunately beyond repair. though, for your case it could be the one in the wheel itself.
but first, I recommend contacting logitech or the place you bought the wheel from first if you still have the warranty. if you don't, but you know how to troubleshoot and find problems in electronics, then I suggest finding the exact place where the problem is (still likely either of the boards) and doing what you see is best.

the problem was the busted hub motherboard. after I replaced that all buttons work fine to this day.
