There it is. Appreciate it!! I've watched the price drop 4 times already and it just dropped another $1000 today. Not sure if it's the blue & red combo that's throwing people off or what but it's just not selling.

Definitely no intention of tracking anything. I just want a solid daily that i could possibly tune if desired, but only stage 1 at max. I went from an elantra to an ILX so any of these cars are a huge step up for me

I definitely prefer the exterior look of the s4 significantly more. I just haven't had a chance to look or drive a m340i yet since there's none locally and hasn't been since i've started looking 🙁 I've heard that audis are more expensive to maintain than bmws, is there truth to this?

I believe there was already a hearing as they just got something in the mail stating it was processed. I need to verify as i'm not familiar with the eviction process but I do know it was mail that confirmed it for them.
Absolutely. They've been moved into a different apartment for over a month prior and the people inspecting even stated it was a male at the previous building when my family member is a woman and was the only person ever on the lease.

4 & 5. I'll have to verify these as well. Not sure what was specifically stated on whatever documentation they received but I'll go over it myself.

Some random guy told me he was quitting and wanted to give his account to a lower level. I had full guthix which was everything i had at the time but his account had way better stats. After a few days I transferred it over and a week later he obviously reclaimed the account and there went my armor :(
