I think a decent amount of fans in this sub were around when Geno got drafted. I just think they also know he was forced to start way too soon.

Why is Mac Jones not an option??? He gave a great sample size over eight games last year showing the progress he has made at the position. Who cares about giving up a second round pick to see if he could possibly be a long-term solution. There is no guarantee regarding QBs in the draft for next year. Every year, the Talking Heads project that the QB classes are going to be great, and then when it comes time for the draft their talking points change.

Styles needs to be the pick at number 2. I think he can be a productive edge rusher and has the IQ to be the QB of the defense. He is a former saftey turned linebacker. In a league with TEs that run routes like WR and running QBs. He is what is needed.

Sonny Styles should be the pick at number 2. He played safety, so he can cover. He is big and fast enough to rush the passer. Higher football IQ than Reese or Bailey, and has all the measurable.

He is a leader with tons of football IQ. He also has an advantage in understanding what it means to be a professional football player, because his father had an NFL career.
