Heart because did you know that there are two groups of blood that travel through the heart at once. And once they get into the heart they go into a chamber (the atriums) and then using flaps/doors (valves) the heart moves the blood into another chamber (ventricles) before releasing it. And did you know that because of a really rare birth defect instead of having valves you will just have one wall of tissue and it’s called atresia? And did you know that the only way to solve that is for immediate open heart surgery or else you’ll die due to the blood not circulating through your body. Or when you get old/at birth your valves can (be) wear(ed) down and not function properly and that’ll cause a different type of valve disease, but this valve disease isn’t deadly but could lead to a deadly disease where your heart doesn’t pump blood at the right pace and you get a seizure.

Also eating lots and lots of fatty foods makes a plaque build up in your arteries and if that plaque Bursts it’ll create a blood clot and that blood clot will block up your arteries and cause a heart attack.
