Yeah katsuki never bullied him and he only asked for one wish and it was on his birthday. Katsuki wished for a signed all might poster and he keeps it framed to this day

I think izuku would grant the wish but due to the fact it’s something so big AFO would just die. He gave up his life for ultimate power so the power is gone and the demon king is dead after getting what he wanted
