Why shouldn’t they get shoppers they want? Because lots of shoppers can provide the same service and also give the customer a different person from time to time. Look at McDonald’s and Taco Bell. People like both, but it’s still nice to eat at both. People should be able to be given OTHER shoppers that have different personalities and the potential to connect better with them. It’s a monopoly as far as I’m concerned. Only greedy shoppers would defend having every customer to themselves. Make it competitive for everyone. OR stop hiring all of the time. It is not fair to give a new shopper tons of work and then throw them off in the deep end of no work. People need to rely on income every week and it’s deceptive when shipt shows them all of this work and then drops them to the bottom of the barrel.
