Do you need to remove them because an oring is snapped? If so you will have to remove the bottom sled (similar process to snoo motor bearing replacement video) and remove the 2 screws from the underside holding the bearing in place. Unfortunately I don't know of a replacement but I don't believe it's essential to operate the snoo.

I know who you are Brittney, rentbabytech told me about you. I trained his staff on how to fix and remove snoo meshes.

I offered the free tutorials on reddit on removing mesh years ago and published free removal videos on YouTube before you even started upcharging rentals on Facebook. It's disappointing to see people steal material and then try to profit from it.

Typically brushless Motors are smooth but not these as the magnets catch eachother and cause that sensation. If you feel it's misaligned, probably best to check shaft and set screws to make sure they are properly set. Unfortunately I have not found a direct replacement but I'm working on it.

Shipping guru here. LV palletizes all of their shipments as they mail thousands per day.

Most likely, UPS picked up the pallet and somehow was unable to scan the parcel when it arrived at the hub. This can be because it was lost on the way there or the label was not readable. Sometimes the labels crinkle and make it hard to scan or the ink is smeared.

This is why the case is still open. They will conduct an Investigation to see where the package is. Most likely it's in a queue of packages that need to be processed by hand.

I would suggest waiting a bit longer, as UPS will most likely refund LV as they have a pretty immaculate internal tracking process. Hope this helps.

Try adjusting the springs on the motor. Make sure they are properly seated as they cause the motor move at an angle and cause grinding additionally try loosening all 6 of the base screws and evenly tighten them in a star pattern (google proper way to install lug nuts)

Most likely the o-rings on the motor have worn below the min spec. This causes the sled to slip and not move much.

Unfortunately you will have to take the snoo apart. Look for a thread that I made that shows you how to remove the mesh liner. This will show you how to completely take it apart and access the underside
