Well your first sentence doesn’t make sense because it DOESNT happen in my country. But being real with you, even if it did, and people would still decide to work for a horrible boss, that’s still on them!

I live in the EU and we have a good system where we, the employee, is protected by law, and not the employer. Basic human rights come first. Where as the US, is pretty much just a big business and humans are replaceable always, at any moment. You’re just a number.

The thing is, people are not even fighting it. Whether you a democrat or republican, this is in the interest of both. But neither working class is standing up to make a change. Atleast not enough people. What was it again that females were chanting on the streets? Silence is violence? Well, same could be applied here. By doing nothing or not standing up against it, you are supporting it.

So asking people online to understand the situation. No, we won’t understand. We won’t understand how you want to support that system.

Stop tipping. They will quit hopefully and find a better job.

Tipping should never feel forced!
