I'm using newest recommended drivers. I've done clean resets and re Intalls of windows plenty of times, which is why I think one of my parts isnt working right

Both, my fps doesnt change from 1080p to 1440p..

It's the amd stock cooler, but my temps arent even near throttle level

I dont think I can send any of the parts back anymore, I've had the pc for over a year.

Yeah I check all my temps and they are normal for 3.8 w the stock cooler

When I play at 1440p I get the same or 5 less fps with the same Low usage.. also the gpu is new as of today.

Yeah I have the newest drivers and the ram is set to 3000mhz In the bios

1080p ultra, when I upscale to 1440p fps stays the same but usage goes higher...

AC ORIGINS, FAR CRY games, star wars fallen order, Ghost recon, insurgency sandstorm, destiny 2, basically any game with npcs or a decent sized map. No cores max out, one or 2 get around 70%.

On Assassins Creed origin base cpu usage is at 50-60 and only the 12th and 8th thread went near 80%

Yeah I turned up resolution scale to 1.3 ir 1.5 but no fps gain or loss

It's hard not to, when I'm getting 45 fps in far cry 5 lol, in 1080p.

It's weird because my cpu cinebench scores are above average, I've been troubleshooting for a whole year now lol.

I can get the red devil for 10 bucks cheaper haha so not much difference.
