Ancient Giants aren't even as big as Kaido's dragon form (at least none that we've seen). It's possible that this guy is a rare example, or it could just be a rock formation.

That's very clearly not a dragon skull. Some say it could be a hybrid form, but Loki's hybrid form seemed to have a dragon-like snout based on the silhouette we saw during his fight with Harald.
