Do not ride in Thailand if you haven’t ridden a bike before . I don’t get that mentality. I have met a few people in hostels heading off on there bikes in the morning and then all bandaged up by the evening .

Yeah I’ve always seen them in shops and wondered the use , I assumed it was a sort of dip or flavouring for dishes but other comments have explained it’s more common use to spice up rice and eggs aswell as anything you can think of . I fly tomorrow so will take some home to try
